Max hr of 168? On a treadmill? Its not like there was so hill your couldnt avoid, its a treadmill! Theonly good thing about a treadmill is that you can control your effort (unless you are K-Sq and find it funning to be looking at the fat women boucing on the machines next to you.Just saying...

Well I kind of hit 168 by just waking up in the morning. Also I think I tooled around a bit with the angle thing. Thats what happens when I start getting really bored. Mostly it was a 140ish effort.
