Warm-up 200 swim, 200 Kick, 200 Swim ( supposed to be pull but still no pull buoy)
9x50 ( slow, med, fast 3x)
6x75 (50 drill 25 build swim) for drills I alternated between fist drills and one arm laps)
400 cooldown
Total 52:38 minutes 1900 Meters
